I finished reading "Playing the Angel" by Carlos Ruiz Zafon. Before reading it I thought it would be impossible lived up to its predecessor, "The Shadow of the Wind" but I was wrong.
The first 200 pages seemed a bit boring, but from there everything was changing and I was hooked to the point of devouring half the book in less than a week.
is a novel of intrigue, love and tragedy set in Barcelona in the 20's.
Since no two without three Zafón hopefully write a third, if you do buy it right away but I think it is impossible to re-address these two masterpieces.
